Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website or AI Employee products (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for businesses and individuals acting in a business capacity, with authority to accept these Terms on the business’s behalf where applicable.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for internal business purposes.

Our AI Employee products use artificial intelligence to perform operational tasks. AI-generated outputs are provided “as-is.” While built to recognize when human involvement is required, AI systems can make mistakes, and you remain responsible for reviewing outcomes material to your business. AI Employees operate using machine learning probabilistic models. You acknowledge that outputs may occasionally contain inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended results ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for verifying and evaluating the accuracy, suitability, and compliance of all AI-generated outputs before relying on, implementing, or executing them in critical business operations.

You agree not to violate applicable law, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, reverse engineer them, or use them to build a competing product.

The Services, excluding User Content, are owned by AI Solution Company or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Services.

If you participate in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with our Affiliate Partner Terms. Commission structures, payment terms, and promotional guidelines are detailed in the Affiliate Dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for deceptive marketing practices, unauthorized brand usage, or policy violations.

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our core Services. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, and service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers or internet connectivity issues are excluded from uptime calculations. Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may apply to Enterprise plan subscribers under a separate written agreement.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI SOLUTION COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Either party may terminate these Terms for convenience upon thirty (30) days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you commit a material breach of these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay applicable fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and AI Solution Company waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
