Your plan controls feature access and how many AI voice minutes your location can use. The usage page shows what you have left.

What counts as AI minutes
AI minutes typically measure voice time with Amy (and related voice agents when enabled). Short tests still count. Staff-only schedule work in the web app does not consume voice minutes.
Demo allowance
Demo trials commonly include 14 days or 100 AI minutes (whichever comes first). Paid tiers may include larger monthly allotments (for example 250, 500, or unlimited — see Plans in-product for current offers).
Move from demo to full
- Open Plans and choose the tier that matches your call volume.
- Follow Activate full or Checkout as shown for your account.
- Confirm your phone number and Booking Bot settings remain correct after activation.
If minutes run out
Inbound voice may pause even if calendar tools still open. Upgrade or contact support before peak hours.
Choosing a plan (practical guide)
- Estimate busy-hour call minutes × open days
- Add buffer for after-hours overflow Amy will catch
- Revisit usage after two weeks of real traffic
