Affiliate Partner Terms
1. Joining the Program
The AI Solution Company Affiliate Program is open to approved partners. By joining, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may approve, decline, suspend or end any affiliate account at our discretion.
2. How Referrals Are Tracked
Each partner receives a unique referral code and referral link. The main way a referral is credited is the referral code: the client enters your code on the sign-up form when booking the free trial. As a backup, when a visitor clicks your link, a referral cookie records your partner ID for 45 days. A code entered at sign-up always takes priority over a cookie. If no code is entered and a visitor clicked more than one partner’s link, the most recent click within the 45 days gets the credit. Referrals without a code cannot be credited if the visitor blocks or clears cookies, declines optional cookies, or uses a different device or browser.
3. Commission
You earn US$20 for each referred client who becomes a paying customer. Free-trial sign-ups earn nothing. Commission is paid once, 45 days after the referred client’s paid service starts, once their first payment has been received and the plan has not been cancelled, refunded or charged back. The amount is the same for monthly and annual plans, including annual plans billed quarterly. No commission is paid for renewals or later payments, for upgrades, or for referrals of existing or previous clients. If a payment is refunded or charged back after a commission is paid, it is deducted from future payouts.
4. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend AI Solution Company, close to the link or recommendation (for example, “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link”). This applies to websites, emails, videos and social posts, and follows the US Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement rules.
5. How You May Promote
- Share your referral link through your own website, content, social media, newsletters sent to your own opted-in subscribers, and personal conversations.
- Do not call, text, auto-dial or send unsolicited or bulk messages to anyone about AI Solution Company, including cold email campaigns. Promote with links only.
- Do not send spam or buy, rent or scrape contact lists.
- Do not collect or pass along any patient, client or customer information.
6. Approved Claims Only
- Use only the current offer as published: 14-day free trial of the Receptionist plan with no credit card required, $0 setup (normally $1,000) during launch, and $250 in free credits.
- Describe compliance only as “HIPAA compliant”, “SOC 2 compliant” and “BAA available”. Never say “certified” or “Type II”.
- Do not invent results, statistics, guarantees, discounts or pricing, and do not quote plan prices.
- Do not name or speculate about the technology providers behind our platform.
- Do not pose as AI Solution Company or as an employee, and do not call our free trial a “demo”.
7. Brand Use
- Do not bid on “AI Solution Company”, “AISC”, our AI Employee names, product names or close misspellings in paid search or social ads.
- Do not register domains, social handles or pages that include our name or could be mistaken for ours.
- Use our logo, AI Employee images and marketing materials only as supplied in the Affiliate Dashboard, without changes. Our logo always appears with “aisolutioncompany.com” beneath it.
8. Prohibited Referrals
You may not refer yourself, your own business, or accounts you control. Referrals obtained through cookie stuffing, incentivised clicks, misleading ads, unsolicited messages or any breach of these terms earn no commission.
9. Taxes and Payment Details
You are responsible for your own taxes. We may require tax forms (such as a W-9 or W-8) and valid payment details before paying commission. Commission is paid in US dollars or the local-currency equivalent through the payment method we support for your country.
10. Ending Participation
Either side can end participation at any time. If we end it for a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, commissions already earned are paid on the normal schedule.
11. Changes
We may update these terms, the commission amount or the program at any time. Changes apply to referrals made after the update. Continuing to promote after an update means you accept it.
